Städningen på rummet var utmärkt. Hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Något torftig frukost. Ingen safetybox på rummet. |

Personalen var trevlig och såg till att taxin nästa dag kom I tid! Man erbjöd sig även att fixa tidigare frukost till oss men vi avböjde! Sängarna var väldigt dåliga. Man kunde knappt röra sig utan att bli väckt eftersom dom var väldigt vingliga och gamla! |

Service och att hotellet ligger så centralt. Mycket bra kommunikationer. 50 meter från busshålplatsen och Metro. Hotellpersonalen mycket hjälpsam. Bra språkkunskaper. Sängarna var för hårda för min smak. Mycket lyhört - dörren var dåligt isolerad. |

The location, which was as I had expected- eazy access and near downtown Only when checking-in was told that "Special Rate" was limited to inferior rooms with no view, facing a wall. Lack of space (chest or shelves) to store clothes, requiring using suitcases as working closet. |

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location, but that's out of their control. It's not even that it was a bad location, there is just not much to do in the area. It is located very close to the downtown area as well as the metro stop which made things easier. |

Room rather small. Paid 44 euro for two nights, but they wanted 80 euro for a third night. |

The location was great and generally it was a decent hotel that offered exactly what i was waiting for: a place to rest after a day walking out My room was very small but to be honest it didn't matter for me!!!However i would like a table inside!!! |

The position in the heart of Lisboa Fyi the room I got , namely room 211, is not appropriate for a normal night rest. It is behind the Reception and one can hear the receptionist on duty answering calls or directing late guests, even if he wispers.. Moreover the phonic isolation toward the the street is not O.K. During the night there were works on the street and the noise transcended through the the old fashioned window isolation. |

This hotel has free wiress internet. And front staff is very friendly. The creaning staff did not clean bath room every day, I stayed 4night, but they just changed sheet. |
